Editor,I wish to comment on the article published in yesterday’s issue of The New Times titled "Rwangombwa to present budget today.” Looking at the various budgetary allocations to different sectors, it shows significant progress in economic growth. The budget is a reflection of the ray of hope that comes with further economic progress in Rwanda’s economy.I must state that 32.7% budgetary allocation for human development is impressive because quality human resource is a significant factor in any country’s development. Having a budget that is designed to promote sustainable development earns the government credit because it puts people at the centre of development and the environment they live in.Enock Nkulanga Kigali
