Editor,I wish to respond to a story appeared in The NewTimes titled "Auction of DN estate put on hold.” I am an expatriate and ex-employee of DN International and I would like to explain my personal experience with DN.I was at a creditors meeting in Gasabo District early last year when the district advised that creditors take legal action to recover their money. This I did and was awarded a judgment against DN in February 2012. What did the majority of other creditors do? Nothing. They lodged some papers with the police and the district. I think if somebody owes you money, we should always try to use legal means to recover it and not lodge papers with other authorities who might not be able to help fast. William Fielding
