Editor,I wish to congratulate Rwanda’s leading cyclist Abraham Ruhumuriza for winning the 2012 Kwita Izina Cycling Tour, which ended yesterday. This international event attracted top riders from around the region and beyond, including the champion of Algeria. This is the first main event Ruhumuriza has won and we can only wish him all the best in the coming day.
