Editor,I wish to respond to the story titled, "Musanze school gets digital books”, which was published in The New Times last week. It is amazing that Rwandan school kids are increasingly getting the opportunity to use high-tech gadgets. Indeed, the photo of the students using the nooks said it all.It is also worth noting that thousands of the green-and-white computer tablets have been distributed among Rwandan primary and secondary schools, through the One-Laptop-Per-Child project. What is also amazing to me is how Rwandan students are getting many reading materials these days. This gives me assurance for a bright future for our young generation and nation.I wish to congratulate all those responsible for the development and progress of the Rwandan educational system.John Gatera
