TMC, a member of Dream Boyz, will not perform during this weekend’s Primus Guma Guma Superstar road shows in both Musanze, on Saturday, and Rubavu, on Sunday due to illness. The 23-year-old, who is suffering from malaria, told The New Times, yesterday, that he was too weak to perform."I have been admitted at Butare University Central Hospital [CHUB] since last Sunday and discharged on Wednesday. But I am still so weak – and because of this, I have no choice but to take a break from performing this weekend,” said TMC.  "I hope that I will soon recover and perform in Kigali next weekend.” Dream Boyz is R&B duo male group formed in 2009 by Platini Nemeye, a student at the National University of Rwanda (NUR) and Claude Mujyanama, better known by his stage name TMC, a graduate from Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST)."I am not used to performing on stage alone, but I have to do my best since my associate is sick,” said Platini. "Even in Huye, last Sunday, I performed alone after he was admitted in the hospital, and I am glad the crowd enjoyed the performance. Our fans in Musanze and Rubavu should also expect great performances.” "I am praying for TMC to get well soon and join me. We thank all our fans for their continued support – but we request for more support to win the Primus Guma Guma Superstar Season Two competition,” he added. We hope TMC gets well soon!
