The chamber for young entrepreneurs at Private Sector Federation (PSF) is to sign MoUs with students associations.

The move is to promote entrepreneurship development among students from the National University of Rwanda and Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST). 

Currently young entrepreneurs complain that they do not have access to finance and practical business training courses.
