Balton workers root for “a better world”

Staff of Balton Rwanda, on Friday, visited the Kigali Genocide Memorial Centre at Gisozi to pay homage to the victims of 1994 genocide against the Tutsi. They were taken through the history of Rwanda, dating back from the pre-colonial days, up to the harrowing experience of 1994 and the valuable lessons from the "Never Again” pledge.The General Manager, Bob Gatera, who donated one million Rwandan Francs to the memorial, said that it is important for Rwandans and all the citizens of the world to continue reflecting and drawing lessons from Rwanda’s tragic history to make the world a better place.Balton Rwanda is a British company with interests in agriculture, public health, and electro-mechanical and communication equipment.
