The Rwandan High Commissioner to Tanzania, Ben Rugangazi, Tuesday presented letters of credence to Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete.A statement from the embassy said that after presentation of credentials, they held discussions which centred on bilateral issues, including follow-up Isaka-Kigali Railway and the Rusumo Hydropower plant.The two also discussed the Rwanda-Tanzania Joint Permanent Commission which is scheduled to meet in August 2012 in Kigali.
