I really thank Kigali City Council for keeping our city clean with no beggars in many corners as it used to be.

It is a great job that calls for appreciation from those that care about the looks of our city.

However, the beggar’s day on Friday is causing traffic jams in town because all beggars struggle to compensate for all other days of the week missed.

I would suggest that this day be removed to reduce the increasing laziness of the beggars.

Big thanks to Kigali City Council for the great achievement of a clean city.
