A tasty, lemony, Moroccan dish that goes well with rice. Note: Be careful with the salt as the olives are already salty.” Ingredients•    1 (2 to 3 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces•    2 tablespoons vegetable oil•    2 onions, chopped•    salt to taste•    ground black pepper to taste•    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger•    1/2 teaspoon paprika•    1 pound pitted green olives•    1 lemon, juiced•    2 cups waterDirections1.    Heat oil in a large saute pan. Add onions, and sprinkle with ginger and paprika. Saute until onions are golden. 2.    Place chicken on top of onions. Add about 1 to 2 cups of water, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olives. Cook about 1 hour, or until the chicken is tender.
