These days for one to get married, several meetings have to take place and they always have a common purpose. Soliciting money from friends and work colleagues, and for many people this presents a "double jeopardy”.

You will be damned if you do not attend these meetings. You will equally be damned if you do attend the meetings. This is because when you miss it will be a sign that you are selfish and if you have been proclaiming friendship to the soon to be married couple, then you have to demonstrate that friendship by digging deep into your pockets to make a generous contribution.

This in most cases will determine whether you also get such financial support when you turn to get off the shelves comes. The more meetings you attend the more friends you make. But all this comes at a cost to your financial circumstances. So what do you do in such a situation?

In our magazine today we take you through the phenomenon of weeding meetings and hope you enjoy reading. This Sunday we also focus on what life used to be for video lovers before demise of video shacks.

These entertainment spots which used to be located mostly in slums were a form of entertainment but at the same time laden with vice.

A number of people who used to frequent them have now moved on in life as you will find out in our magazine. We also bring you more tit bits of entertaining reading and wish you a good Sunday.
