Editor,Last week, Prime Minister Dr Pierre Damien Habumuremyi called for stronger partnership between the government and the private sector in the area of Information Communication Technology (ICT).I would like to commend Africa and Rwanda, in particular, for their contribution in taking the   digital revolution to a new level.
