Editor,This letter is in reference to your article in Saturday’s issue of The New Times, May 12, titled "Aviation chiefs push for single EAC tourist visa.”The single EAC visa is good news and will definitely enhance tourist arrivals into Rwanda, while at the same time facilitating easy movement of tourists between the other four EAC countries - Burundi, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.Tourism, today, is the largest foreign exchange earner for Rwanda and the single EAC visa will make the destination even more attractive and accessible.The Immigration Department, of course, does an excellent job with the online visa applications, while Rwanda High Commission in New Delhi and, I am sure, the other Missions of this great country all over the world, likewise, make travel plans to Rwanda a great pleasure.Clarence Fernandesclavinmarketing@gmail.com
