It is of critical importance that employees are given incentives and motivated to work. There are times at work when it seems to be boring especially when an employee feels not appreciated.

Furthermore, such episodes can be counter productive. To both the company as well as retarding the employees creativity and career as a whole.

To avoid such shortcomings, the company or organizations, needs to create ways of motivating its employees, such us salary raise, organizing cocktails for them, promotions, awards to brilliant performance and many others.

So, I urge all company management not to take these employees for granted because it has proved to be yielding for those who mind.
