Editor, It’s obvious that Rwanda’s focus on persons with disabilities (PWDs) has greatly improved in the last 18 years, and I wish to commend the government for that. For instance, construction rules have been revisited to integrate the needs of PWDs.In some countries, PWDs are hardly considered yet disability is not inability. All Rwandans ought to extend care and help these people because they have potential to contribute to the development of the nation.Ronald KarakeKigali
