Kibukayire Apollonie a specialist in handcrafts selling has successfully gained much capital that has improved her day to day lifestyle.

This lady’s customers are mostly foreigners who have been eager to know the knowledge she uses to formulate the products of that kind.

Speaking to the media, she said that she acts as a seller but the suppliers and makers of these beautiful hand crafts come from all the provinces Rwanda.

She told them that these artists intend to make the crafts depict the traditional life and cultural attire of the ancient Rwandan society.

Kibukayire individually, is considered to have been a former employee in the ministry of finance.

She admits again that, her business enterprise has increased her income and standards of living compared to what she could earn from the ministry as monthly pay.

This business woman started ‘Rwanda heritage enterprise’ in 2006 with a loan. She added her little little money she had which empowered her to start up the business enterprise.

Divers traditional hand crafts are produced, ranging from Basketry, traditional wood cravings and paintings.
