Top Tower hotel is located at Kacyiru 15 minutes from the city centre. There is good vibe about the place; friendly staff, lots of people and good music. The restaurant area is fine with no exaggerated décor making it  a great place to enjoy a peaceful lunch or dinner with nice food and a selection of international and local dishes. On our visist, we tried salmon fillet with mushroom sauce which cost us Rwf 10,000 which turned out to be well prepared than we expected. We talked to another visitor who was devouring Garlic scampi, and she was full of praise for the sea dish too.The restaurant also boasts of a well stocked mini- bar. The bar stools are not rickety as you will find in many bars but solid and more importantly, bottom friendly,  here every drink that tickles your fancy is on hand. A part from this restaurant’s -mini bar, the hotel boasts of two other bigger bars. The gazelle and The Crystal View though are all well stocked. Crystal View seems to be everyone’s favorite, even though its prices are a bit steeper than its sister the Gazelle. A soda goes for Rwf1600 and a beer for Rwf2600. This bar is located on the top floor of the hotel; it offers a panoramic view over the skyline of Kigali.
