Editor, I appreciate the efforts by the Private Sector Federation (PSF) to address issues related to the private sector development. In most countries at least those that I have worked in, such federations drive policies related to creating a favourable business environment, not necessarily the governments. If we can build a coherent structure that is inclusive of both blocks, then we are likely to be partners not agency within agencies.Richard NiwenshutiKigali
