Editor,We appreciate the services of the Energy, Water and Sanitation Authority (EWSA) and their continued efforts to ensure that more Rwandans are connected to water and national power grid.  However, sometimes we are disappointed by the public utility body for the frequent power blackouts in Kicukiro. I am hoping that EWSA is already looking to addressing the matter as soon as possible so that we can equally enjoy their services.Martin RukundoKicukiro
