Editor,The idea behind the establishment of the Economic Community for the Great Lakes Region (CEPGL) was great. I assume this regional block, which brings together Burundi, DRC and Rwanda, is already doing a good job.I am a student at National University of Rwanda in 4th year,  who is doing research for my thesis. My desertation is about  the of CEPEGL in promoting free movement of people and goods across the borders of member states and how it has helped uplift the living standards of bodrer communities, particularly the residents of Goma in DRC and Rubavu in Rwanda. In summary, I am interested in knowing exactly how the grouping is facilitating the wellbeing of the citizens of member states.I would be glad if got feedback from anyone at CEPGL on the same issue.Nicodeme NdekeziNUR – Huye
