IT was about time for students to go back to school, but could they just let the holiday end just like that? NO…was the answer for many, as they participated in various amazing entertainment activities to end the short holiday in a wonderful way.For some, partying was what they would miss the most: "It’s a Saturday night, and I am going out with my friends for a fun night. After here, maybe we shall all be ready for school,” said Linda Muhoza, a student from Lycée de Kigali.Muhoza was not alone, there were many other students out that night, most of them saying bye to the partying and dancing for the rest of the months they will be at school. "I am not that social when it comes to meeting people, but I am putting going back to school at the back of my head and have been Facebooking for days and nights. I’ll miss Facebook while at school,” said Jade Nsenga. "As the holiday comes to an end, each student is reaching out for what they love most and do best and making the most of it,” she added.Much as some students do not like partying and going to nightclubs, they still found interesting activities to help them wrap up the holiday on a high – and resume school in good spirits."I love swimming, and I am enjoying the swimming pool for the last time until we return for the next holiday,” said Hellen Muyira, as she freezes her way out of the swimming pool at Le Sanitas Hotel - Kicukiro, on a chilly Sunday morning. Not event the cold weather could impede anyone’s plans for finishing their holiday in style. Although parties to help students end their holiday were in plenty, some students never got the opportunity, as they were busy, finalising with the coaching.Jeanne Uwera said: "School is normal and I find it fun-- so I am not going do a lot of stuff just to see off the holiday. I am ok and the holiday was fun enough so I can as well sit and rest since that’s what I miss most at school.”Everyone had their own way of seeing the holiday off, just hope it was worth the months the next term is going to run for.
