If there is one part of the body that women will never love to have big (besides during pregnancy), it’s the tummy.Unfortunately, it’s one of the body parts that will be the first to show up whenever one gains some weight. Although many women resort to starving, full time membership in the gym or even cutting out some meals completely it seems to be futile. But there are real solutions out there. If you are curious, read on.First of all, you have to realise that there is no magic bullet to reduce that belly.  You have to be more disciplined while exercising some self control.Don’t starve yourself: Yes, I know this sounds a bit ironic but you can still have all your meals and lose that belly fat. However what you eat matters so eating healthy is the trick. Eating healthy means throwing out junk food like French fries, chaps, cake and other foods containing a lot of sugar and saturated fat. Many junk foods contain refined carbohydrates and sugar, which when eaten, quickly raise blood sugar levels, leading to the reduction of fat burning and an increased appetite. It’s advisable to eat all the three meals one is supposed to have. You can also have some fruit, drink lots of water or juice in between meals such that by the time you are supposed to have your meals, you don’t have to eat too much. Your diet should be high in proteins and low in carbohydrates.Exercise a little more: Well, this doesn’t necessarily mean hitting the gym. In fact, you don’t have to spend a coin to exercise. The good thing about exercising is that tummy fat is usually the first to burn off when we exercise. Start with walking because it’s the easiest way to exercise. However, jogging will do a lot more for you so spare at least 30 minutes twice a week or even more if you can and that big tummy will become a thing of the past.Walking up and down the stairs is also a good form of exercising the abdominal muscles. When  you exercise always have your water bottle nearby.Regular exercise helps you burn more calories and while reducing hunger by controlling the hormones that regulates appetite. Sit ups are also helpful. If you need some motivation to do this, you could buy yourself a tummy-trimmer. This machine helps to simplify sit-ups. This machine costs at least Rwf 13,000 at local supermarkets.Well, the ground rules for having that tummy flat are simply eating right and exercising.
