Editor,I am a Ugandan currently working and living in Rwanda. Uganda’s National Environment and Management Authority (NEMA) needs to learn few things from Rwanda; for instance how the country has managed to get rid of polythene bags.I believe it’s only Rwanda in the region where the law on polyrhene bags is fully implemented and benefiting everyone. Every Rwandan seems to know that it’s everybody’s responsibility to guard the environment.  I thank all Rwandans for making Kigali the cleanest and most beautiful city in the region.Diana TushabeKigali
