Zimbabwean minister of Constitutional and Parliamentary Affairs Eric .T. Matinenga, yesterday,   expressed concern about the Rwandan fugitives who are said to be hiding in his country.He said his government will do everything possible to arrest the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi perpetrators.He was at the Ministry of Justice offices in Kimihurura where he held a lengthy discussion with Justice Minister, Tharcisse Karugarama."Our Security Minister has already tabled that issue in the parliament and I am sure the answer for the Genocide fugitives will be obtained,” he said. Matinenga was in the country with a delegation to learn from Rwanda’s  past experience as well tools it used to elevate its economic development.Zimbabwe is among the southern African countries that are yet to respond and sign the extradition treaty with the Rwandan government to arrest and extradite Genocide perpetrators among whom is the notorious Protais Mpiranya."It’s quite unfortunate that these countries are still harbouring the killers. What we want is they either arrest and try them in their countries or extradite them to Rwanda,” Minister Karugarama said.
