Editor, Last week, the ministries of Youth and ICT were merged. Personally, it is good that the president noticed that something had to be done with ICT. But the question of funding ICT start-ups remains.  Not a single ICT start-up is listed on Kigali Stock market.I heard that some children from KIST had started a company that makes Apps for mobile phones. It is a brilliant idea, but why isn’t that company yet listed on Kigali Stock market?  Miracles did not happen in Silicon Valley because of engineers alone, but because of Venture Capitalists who transformed technology into business, and that is where ICT Rwanda should be looking for growth. ARCHI
