Let me take this opportunity to applaud our ‘friends in need of the Global Relief Development Partners, for their golden initiative, of training Rwandans in entrepreneurial skills acquisition, which they have unveiled to Rwanda.

Perhaps this will awaken our country men and women to equip themselves with wealth accumulation skills and a potential to identify and create opportunities which I am sure will even improve people’s standards of living, not mentioning absorbing many people who are unemployed.
