India could well provide quality English teachers to Rwanda

Editor,This letter is with reference to your article titled "Search for English teachers continues” which appeared in yesterday’s issue of The New Times.India could well provide quality English teachers to Rwanda and thus could help, to some extent, in bridging the shortage gap. Presently, countries like China take English teachers from India. I think Rwanda should explore this possibility too.This initiative will further enhance the cultural exchange between our two great countries; thereby increase trade, tourism and investments into this beautiful land of a Thousand Hills and a Million Smiles!Clarence Fernandes
