Editor,I agree with people who say that Rwanda’s strategy to foster economic development is bearing fruit and worth emulating. Across the board, the country has achieved a lot in just 18 years, beyond everyone’s expectations. I returned to Rwanda 12 years ago and have witnessed the various reforms which have positively impacted the lives of many Rwandans.The performance contracts, signed by all Government officials, as a way to guaranteeing results, have achieved quite a lot.Ivan NduguKamonyi
