CNLS: Misleading sign post

Thank you for giving us this email address through which we can express ourselves.

In fact, I want to talk about National Aids Commission (CNLS).

It’s true that the Commission reports to the office of the president, but I do not see the importance of mentioning it at every IBYAPA (sign post) on the road.

On each ICYAPA of the CNLS (be it on the road, be it in expo2007) you read Office of the President of the Republic (in capital and big letters) and then National Aids Commission (in smaller letters).

Sincerely, this confuses people like foreigners who may think that the office of the president is in a house like that one on the road from Kacyiru Police to Kinamba.

Or one can also think that the office of the president is exhibiting some handcrafts like those in stands of CNLS in Expo07.

Why don’t they write THE REPUBLIC OF RWANDA as a heading? It could be better.
