Editor,I would like to respond to Allan Brian Ssenyonga’s piece "At 18, Rwanda has mature lessons to offer” in The Sunday Times, April 8. It was a great read.Well put Allan. Africans, on the whole, should adapt the template used by the Rwandan government to reconcile its people and move on. Most African governments have been affected by post-colonial misunderstandings, resulting from the divide-and-rule approach, but it’s high time we matured as a continent and stood on our feet.Trevor KarugonjoKampala
