INTERIM basketball federation president Albert Kayiranga has refused to say whether he will run for body’s presidency in the elections slated for April 21.Kayiranga, who also heads the sports department at the National University of Rwanda, took over the role early this year when Eric Kalisa Salongo resigned citing ‘personal reasons.’"All I can confirm to you is that the elections will take place on April 21, but at the moment I can not say whether I will run for the post or not,” Kayiranga said yesterday in telephone interview.The other posts that will be up for grabs are; first vice president and legal advisor.Meanwhile, the Imbuto Foundation sponsored 3 on 3 tournament climaxes today with semi-finals and finals at Petit Stade.Rusizi will play UNR while Espoir takes on last year’s league champions KBC.
