Employers, give your workers a break-off

Dear editor,

From my various discussions with employees, it came to my concern that most of them are not given any break-off from their busy schedules, some work throughout the year, others go on until the end of their respective contracts or even project end.

Having a break off or a leave is potentially important for both the worker and and the company or organization he or she works for. To the employee, it helps him or her to re organize their strengths, revitalizes their mindset and relax the body from the fatigue that accumulated during the tight schedules of the breathlessly demanding work.

To the benefit of the company, break-off’s helps the worker to regain the zeal for the work hence improves out put when he or she returns. In many cases companies have retained employees at work places for long periods but when their out put is completely negative. So I urge employers to consider that issue seriously.
