NELLY NGABO, the youngest member of Kina Music record label has confirmed his performance in Montreal, Canada this Saturday, September 3.
The ‘Joli’ hit maker had in June, announced plans to perform outside of Rwanda for the first time, promising his fans based in Canada to be the first to witness his tour.
On Tuesday, his manager and founder of Kina music, Clement Ishimwe, posted a video of Nelly Ngabo confirming a concert scheduled to take place at the French Union of Montreal in Canada.
In the video, the young R&B singer said that he is thrilled to perform for the first time in Canada, calling his fans to come in big numbers and experience good music that he has been releasing for the past two years.
"I’m overwhelmed to perform in Canada for the first time. I have been waiting for this moment for a long time and it's happening this Saturday at the African Union of Montreal. Let's come early and celebrate good music produced in Rwanda,” Nel Ngabo said in a video.
The fast rising artiste also noted that he is willing to work with talented Canada-based Rwandan musicians.
In his recent interview with The New Times, Nel Ngabo said that this concert is among many other plans he has in store for his fans, including more concerts in different places of the world as well as other upcoming projects that will follow his second album dubbed ‘RNB360’.
The 22-year-old musician rose to stardom in January 2020, after the release of ‘Byakoroha’, a song that turned into a massive hit and made him one of the most loved young musicians today in Rwanda. He is currently signed to Kina Music that manages top musicians like Knowless, Igor Mabano, Platini, among others.
Some of his hit songs include ‘Want You Back’, ‘Mutuale’, ‘Keza’, ‘Bindimo’, ‘Sawa’, ‘Nywe’, ‘Zoli’, ‘Fresh’, among many others.
