Dear editor,

It is so embarrassing to note that in this era of edge cutting business activity and competition, many of our domestic business people don’t see the crucial relevance of customer care in the progress of any business venture.

The assertion is that some of them know it but arrogantly ignore it, or they completely don’t understand. In the latter case I prescribe them to consult any entrepreneurial source or literature but in the former I advise you to style up, or you close your shops and try terracing as opposed to being in some thing you can’t execute well.

You come into a person’s shop with an urgent grocery need and they just look at you for the next 10 minutes, lazily touching this and that. This sickens real much, and the concerned people should emulate example from their Indian counterparts about the way they handle customers irrespective of some of them not knowing the local languages.
