The South African government on Saturday said it will strengthen its economic cooperation with Zimbabwe by sending a powerful business delegation to visit the country on Monday (today). Deputy Minister of South African Trade and Industry Elizabeth Thabethe will visit Zimbabwe for four days, accompanied by approximately 45 business officials, the Department of Trade and Industry (the DTI) spokesperson Sidwell Medupe said.
"The Investment and Trade Initiative (ITI) is part of the DTI Export and Investment Promotion Strategy that focuses on targeting high-growth markets with the objective of creating investment and export opportunities for South African companies and of promoting South Africa as a trade and investment destination,” said Medupe.
