Editor,I have read that in a bid to promote a business friendly environment and encourage the growth of private sector, the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) has further reduced the time needed to register a business, from 20 hours, down to six.

Of course Rwandan and foreign investors are motivated by the fact that the government has put in place a system that makes it easier and faster to set up business in the country.Kudos to those behind the initiative.Fred MurenziKigali
