Forward Dorothée Mukeshimana was on the target for the home side in the first half before in-form Florence Imanizabayo and Judith Otieno added two more goals in the second half to secure the victory that saw off APAER.
Blues women’s team coach Mohamed Nonde, who blamed bad pitch during the first leg defeat, was positive that his women would no doubt make a comeback and advance to the next stage of the tournament.
"I never doubted that we will play the semi finals,” said Nonde.
"We didn’t lose the first leg match because they dominated us, but because of the pitch conditions. Today we were at home so we used our advantage accordingly,” he added.
