Silverbacks coach Gerald Nsenga has set the national rugby team the target of winning the main cup of the Hong Kong 10s that will take place on Tuesday next week. The Silverbacks contingent left yesterday for Hong Kong and are expected to arrive in the South Asian country this evening to take part in the 25th edition of the tournament."The players will need to stick to the game plan of using their physique and pace to wade off opponents,” Nsenga said before departure, adding that "Our target is to win the main cup this year.” This will be Silverbacks’ third time participating in the tournament and their experience will be vital in the competitive tournament that draws teams from Asia, Africa, Europe and South America.  A total of24 teams are expected to take part in the one day competition that started in 1986 as a social rugby tournament at the home of the Hong Kong Sevens to commemorate the centenary of the Hong Kong Football Club.It has since grown into a world class tournament that is recognized as the Premier Tens Tournament in the world, attracting top players and teams from around the globe. The event offers an opportunity for club and international players from both hemispheres to play against each other, compare styles and skills, and to make off-field friendships. There are few opportunities outside of official internationals and Tournaments where such "north-south” games can be played.Silverbacks SquadB.Makombe (C), F. Nsengimana,   J.Léonard Twizeyimana, M. Habumugisha, I.Bikamba, O.Uwamahoro,     Koko Cambara Marcel,   I.Nsanzimana, V.Kamali,  J.Gatabazi,  A.Ndahirwa, O.Nikwigize.
