Editor,I would like to respond to the article "KONY 2012 – The need for a better campaign” by Diana Mpyisi, March, 14. I am not sure the manifestation of Kony’s atrocious activities, especially to children changes anything. As the title says, it’s about Kony and his atrocities, not development in northern Uganda. I guess all those affected kids are glad that somebody finally thought of them first rather than come up with a more diplomatically acceptable video.Please think of those kids first and use your platform to help them, and leave the politicians to deal with trying to portray the developmental issues.Willy
