The visitors earned the lead with an Amil Rutemberi’s goal on 39th minute, but an own goal from Hussein Bizimungu on 42nd minute brought life into the military side before recess.After the break, Jean Claude Iranzi, Olivier Karekezi, St. Preux Lionnel, Papy Faty, Dan Wagaluka and Kipson Atuheire were all on the goal sheet with brilliant strikes to sink Marines.Despite the win, APR remains in third position with 30 points in 15 matches played this season. The military side, who have played a game less, are trailing rivals Police and Mukura with four points.Isonga played a 1-all draw against visitors Amagaju at Ferwafa turf to move to sixth position with 20 points, while Amagaju are in ninth position with 16 points.SC Kiyovu remained in fifth position with 25 points following a 0-1 win over home side La Jeunesse at Mumena stadium.AS Kigali won the relegation battle after whipping Espoir 2-1 at Kicukiro turf. The Kigali City club has dethroned Nyanza to eleventh position with 15 points. Rusizi-based Espoir remain at the bottom of the table with six points in 14 matches.
