Editor,The surrender of Lt. Col. Idrissa Muradadi, a senior commander of the Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR) is a good move. The message it send is very clear; you cannot fight unjustified war and win it.Muradadi’s colleagues, still holed up in the juggles of DRC, have one option; surrender and return to your homeland. Many FDLR officers have changed their identities to evade justice. Some have managed to secure good jobs in Europe.Daniel NzabamwitaNyamata
