By anything, I mean, even if it means to lose a leg. When United go top, that is the time you see them getting points they seemingly didn’t deserve. Rare goal-scorers like Johnny Evans and Rio Ferdinand start finding the back of the net.True, Man City have looked sharp all season, and have won games both big and small… and have even done the seemingly impossible by walloping United at the Theatre of Dreams by a wild margin. But still, United have been able to keep pace. Fergie had one thought in mind: City are new kids on the bloc – they might have a star-studded team, but they don’t have the know-how of winning a league, at least not yet.United have both weak and strong players, a squad that many believe is not even the second best in England, but they still manage to win things. Now that City have lost top spot to United, I can guarantee United fans will go all the way.
