Editor,I wish to react to a story that appeared in The New Times, March 5, about an accountant who vanished with Genocide survivors’ funds.  The authorities concerned should tighten measures to stop such acts ever happening again and those involved be punished accordingly.People in charge of public funds ought to know that public funds belong to taxpayers, not to those occupying public offices.Morris KaimaKigali
