Editor,I wish to respond to a story appeared that appeared in The New Times last week titled "Body of Missing Rwandan Discovered in Canadian River”.It's really sad that a Rwandan national, or anyone else for that matter, can die so mysteriously as the beloved Clémence Umugwaneza. Her family, wherever they are, need support and prayers to overcome that shock and the agony caused by the untimely death of Umugwaneza.May the Almighty God rest her soul in peace..!!!NkeramihigoKigali
