Editor,I was not surprised to read in your newspaper, last week, that our government does not have the funds to construct flyovers in the City of Kigali.  Indeed building flyovers at this time would be a bit of extravagance even though we need to plan for them in the future. Before we think of building flyovers, let’s first widen the existing roads and build bypasses as the State Minister of Transport suggested. The money that we would have spent on flyovers can do a lot of other good things until such a time when need for flyovers arises. We must get our priorities first.Let’s not spend because we want to look like so and so… We must get oAlexis K
