Rwandan student leaders studying in all Ugandan universities will soon sign contracts to enhance their performance.Speaking during the handover of office to the new Kampala International University Banyarwanda Students Association KIU-BASA, the First Secretary at the Rwanda High Commission, John Ngarambe said that the initative is aimed at enhancing accountability and avoiding complacency on the part of the student leaders in executing their mandate. "We shall soon have performance contracts signed to improve on your performance and make sure you perform the roles for which you were elected,” Ngarambe told hundreds of students gathered at the university. He called on the students to introduce a social networking system that will enable them exchange views on performance in their respective universities.The KIU Assistant Dean of students, Black Ossuru, told the students that they should make friendships with their counterparts from different countries.
