Rapper 50 Cent recently made a trip to Somalia and Kenya on behalf of UN World Food Program and Street King to donate meals to the needy. After returning from the humanitarian visit, 50 spoke to Associated Press about his experience and how it has inspired him to go back in the studio."I’ve put portions of my experience there in the actual songs, but it’s so small that they’ll have to listen to get it,” he said. "I wanted to keep the record, creatively, in a space where when people listen to it, they just enjoy it before they can really understand what it was I’m saying; there are things on it that have double meanings.”The rapper has so far donated 3.5 million meals to the UN World Food Program through his Street King profits.
