Editor,Allow me through your newspaper to react to Allan Brian Ssenyonga’s article titled "A mixture of nostalgic tales and utopian plans” The Sunday Times, February, 26. Your story is good, but consider theEuropean Union idea was founded in the 1950s but realised itself almost 50 years later. So do not feel discouraged, there is often ups and downs but I believe this is a great vision for us in this region.I am from Uganda but when I travel to Rwanda or Burundi I now feel at home, this is fantastic! We are one people and we should hold on this to defeat Africa´s detractors.Shenge HenrySweden
