Editor,I  wish to comment on a story that appeared in The Sunday Times, February, 26, titled "PM pushes for more dev’t in Rulindo District”. Indeed, the development and transformation of Rwanda lie in the hands of all Rwandans, not just the Government. Since returning to Rwanda, six years ago, I had the chance to see the development strides Rwanda and her people have made, and I must say that this achievement has been attained largely because of the prevailing peace and security in the country. Also, Rwandans have been able to transform their lives because the Government put in place a system that makes it easy to set up business and for every Rwandans to pursue their aspirations unhindered. The onus is on us, Rwandans, to take this opportunity of the prevailing peace and turn all anti-poverty initiatives into huge dividends.Martin NzabamwitaKicukiro
