Editor,It is tragic that singer Whitney Houston died at that young age. She had made a big name due to her powerful talent but was unable to abandon drugs and alcohol, something believed to have contributed to her death. The death of Houston should be a lesson to many young Rwandans, the leaders of the future. The youth are talented and posses the energy required to transform this country.They tend to imitate celebrities. They drink and smoke simply because they have seen these highly regarded celebrities do the same. The children ought to know that though some of the celebrities are rich, they are not necessarily happy because the drugs they have consumed have ruined the lives.
